Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (about the size of a grain of rice) for the wax to effectively grip and remove it.
There is some momentary discomfort, but our experienced therapists work quickly and use techniques to minimize pain. Regular waxing makes the process less painful over time.
We generally recommend returning every 3-4 weeks for body waxing, as this aligns with the hair growth cycle for best results.
Avoid hot showers, saunas, tight clothing, and direct sunlight for 24 hours. Gently exfoliate the area starting 48 hours after to prevent ingrown hairs.

Mobile Phones: As a relaxing salon and spa, we ask that you silence your mobile phone whilst you are having your treatments with us so that all guests can enjoy their time.

Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment to give you ample time to check in and complete the consultation form in order for us to completely tailor make your treatments to suit your needs.

Late Arrival: We will hold your treatment time up to 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment so please do call us if you are running late to ensure we can reschedule.

Gratuity: If you are happy with the service you received, it is welcomed for you to give your therapist a gratuity direct or alternatively please feel free to leave at the reception.

Pricing: Pricing for treatments is subject to change at any time, please confirm the cost of your treatment when you check in for your appointment. All menu item prices are net which include service charge and government tax.
